    Jay was fantastic. He has a wealth of knowledge, all of which I used. Jay had been keeping in touch with me for well over three years. He knew my husband was critically ill and that we wanted to move to Florida. It became complicated, my husband died and I had to clean out the house (50 yrs. of living) myself. In comes Jay with all of his contacts. In the dead of winter, he led me to an estate salesperson, a painter, house cleaner and a small repairs person. They all were punctual, and reasonable. Jay knew exactly what to what and when to do it. The whole time he kept me informed, was kind, considerate and calming. Everything went smoothly and I even received more than the asking price.     Outstanding experience with Jay. He made use of the private network first, which greatly reduced the stress on my family by selling super fast at list price! His proactive approach to identify any potential barriers to the sale in advance, served us well as we were ready for any issues. He had an excellent list of resources, which I used for some minor fixes. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Have already recommended Jay to friends and family as hands down, this was my best home sale (out of the 8 homes I've bought and sold in my life)!
