All the junk in the house and garage will remain - there will not be a cleanout. The lower floor bathroom is functional but the upper level bathroom flooring is dangerous. The joists appear ok but the subfloor around the toilet is rotted through. This is a flippers delight, handyman special and I don't think it will qualify for.
